there was not much but shopping, shopping and – wait for it – shopping. from chinook centre to signal hill, western hill and market mall, sunridge mall, even to red deer we hit the road for last trip. please, do not ask why! ;-)
after getting out of the room sometimes around 2pm, we managed a drive to lake minnewanka (minni-wanker?) and lake two jack which was incredible silent and beautiful! banff town is not really big, but busy indeed and there is no explanation, why all the places and lakes around this town are that peaceful and uncrowded!? [...]
